Our basic 6 week challenge is for those looking to kick start their wellness journey. We introduce clean eating concepts into your daily life, along with portion control. Family friendly meal plans are provided on a weekly basis, along with grocery shopping lists. These meal plans are based on a generalized macronutrient  breakdown consisting of 30% fat, 30% protein and 40% carbohydrates. Meal plans are also based on your recommended caloric intake based on your physical activity level, whether or not you are breastfeeding, pregnant etc. 

Even though nutrition is the most important aspect of health and wellness, pairing it with physical fitness will only amplify results both physically and mentally. This is why you will gain unlimited access to FLX studio during your 6 week challenge. Making a full commitment for sustained change, creating life long healthy habits is the goal!! 6 WEEK SHRED

Our 6 week shred is designed for those who havea. good grasp on clean eating nutrition and portion control already, but might have found they've reached a plateau. 

Our 6 week shred uses portion control, clean eating and macronutrient eating but takes it a step further. It adds in the hybrid concept of timing your nutrition around your workouts and carb cycling to shred off those last few pounds you are holding onto.  This shred is a more restrictive, eliminating certain foods for certain periods of times. This is not something that can be done long-term.  It is intense, but so are the results!!! 

*Please note this is a restrictive diet, eliminating most alcohol, treats, & dairy.

Pairing this program with our well rounded fitness classes will give you the results you've been looking for. Our classes are specifically designed to follow a schedule, to give you the best results available in a group fitness setting. Weight training making up the bulk of our classes, with high intensity cardiovascular classes to break up the weight training and cut fat. You will gain unlimited access for 6 weeks to our studio.
